高浓度碱减(jian)量(liang)(liang)废(fei)水(shui)(shui)固化处(chu)理后(hou)(hou),尚有相当量(liang)(liang)的(de)碱减(jian)量(liang)(liang)水(shui)(shui)洗(xi)废(fei)水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)质pH值为(wei)13.5,使(shi)其(qi)通(tong)过(guo)锅炉烟(yan)道(dao)气(qi)水(shui)(shui)膜除(chu)(chu)尘器,该除(chu)(chu)尘器为(wei)双筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式(shi)花岗(gang)岩材(cai)料制成,高4.8m,外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)外(wai)形直(zhi)径2.5m,内筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)外(wai)形直(zhi)径1.3m,烟(yan)道(dao)气(qi)以20.8m/s的(de)流速切线进入除(chu)(chu)尘器外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),自上(shang)而下与下雨式(shi)水(shui)(shui)洗(xi)废(fei)水(shui)(shui)接触进入内筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)水(shui)(shui)封再向上(shang)进入烟(yan)道(dao),水(shui)(shui)洗(xi)废(fei)水(shui)(shui)pH值下降(jiang)到(dao)7.5,废(fei)水(shui)(shui)经(jing)沉灰池后(hou)(hou),上(shang)清液可循环(huan)使(shi)用,无需加药剂,减(jian)少了废(fei)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang),而且烟(yan)道(dao)气(qi)中的(de)烟(yan)尘浓度可分别去(qu)除(chu)(chu)40%~60%以上(shang)。
